再將退冰後的麵條放入、麵條本身是熟的、放入滾湯中稍微拌煮一下就可以起鍋了

肉肉依然沒縮水、而且很大塊~(這塊肉不知道為什麼造型很像腰子)
原本擔心肉會很柴····一口咬下!!

這個肉很可以啊~使用帶骨豬肋排、吃起來Q談多汁有嚼勁、而且很嫩!一點都不柴
很快就吃到碗底朝天了

麵條使用寬麵、所以即使冷凍退冰後再煮過、口感依然有嚼勁,豬肉麵的湯頭使用大量豬骨下去熬煮,喝起來香醇順口、有一點點辣!對於我這個不吃辣的人卻是很可以接受的口味,淅瀝呼魯一下全部吃光光

川味紅燒牛肉麵
一樣是一組三包,湯包、肉塊、麵條一組,可以看出來紅燒牛肉麵顏色較深,牛肉麻~看了就很讓人開心,煮法跟前面一樣我就不贅述了

牛肉肉塊一樣很大塊、而且可以看出帶著點筋,上官網看了一下介紹、原來是使用香滷牛肋條,看起來就讓人流口水啊

因為是川味、所以可以看得出紅燒牛肉麵的辣油、其實不吃辣或是怕胖的姊妹剛好趁這時候把他撈起來,不過我想要完整品嚐它的香味,一樣一起把他放入鍋中煮了

帶著筋與一點油脂的牛肉塊最好吃了、湯頭使用大量牛骨與豬骨下去熬製、加上牛肉事先滷過、一上桌八角的香味散開來~搭配湯頭的鮮美!真的很香很美味~跟現煮現熬的牛肉麵吃起來一樣美味啊啊啊啊

比起紅燒豬肉麵、我覺得川味紅燒牛肉麵又更辣一些了!但是吃起來很過癮~
